Originally purchased in 2011 the now Trinity Square was formerly the iconic Peel Hotel, this development when purchased was an ailing pub on its last legs called the Square on the Lane.
Oakgate undertook a major redevelopment and restoration project of this 20,000 sq. ft. original Victorian building which lead to the subsequent success in letting the whole building to a high caliber of tenants.
The development was then sold in December 2013 to the Imperial Tobacco Pension Fund for £7.45m.
